Before you can submit a UK issued document to a foreign institution, it must first be authenticated. It is called legalisation or apostille — a certificate of authenticity added to documents so they can be accepted in countries that are members of the Hague Convention.
It is usually requested by the governments of foreign countries to ascertain the validity of documents. We have many years of experience in document legalisation and can relieve you of all responsibility and trouble associated with the process.
Upon receiving your documents we will prepare them for legalisation and ensure their safe delivery and return to you.

State office issued or certified documents
Official state office documents and certificates by other recognized bodies can be issued with an apostille without additional authentication. They should bear a seal from the state officer or their signature.
Company or business documents
Before an apostille is added, most company documents have to be authenticated by an attorney. We will make sure your document is authenticated and certified by one of our attorneys and then attach the apostille — our service covers all of this.
Education certificates and personal identity documents
After being authenticated, most documents must be certified by an attorney. These include education certificates, awards, personal documents, passports and driver's licenses. An additional fee applies because the attorney must verify the documents and prepare a certified cover page.
Legally valid document binding
If a large number of documents is linked to a particular person or company, it might be appropriate to bind them into one file. With more than two documents this can significantly decrease your legal costs. (Please note, not all documents can be joined into one file.)
